1. Assist in managing internal and external artwork movements, including handling requests from the studio, high fashion salons, and celebrities for various events.
2. Participate in organizing logistical and administrative aspects of exhibitions and institutional loans.
3. Contribute to the management of loans for photoshoots, including preparing artwork lists, condition reports, and appropriate packaging for transportation.
4. Support the operational chain for collection entries, including textiles and accessories, and assist in condition reporting.
5. Aid in the preparation and execution of exhibitions, including planning, setup, and dismantling.
6. Maintain and update the SkinSoft database with artwork movements, condition reports, and restoration documentation.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artworks Management or Preventive Conservation, or a related field.
2. Previous experience with textile collections is advantageous.

2. Knowledge of logistics related to artworks and exhibitions.
3. Proficiency in managing the material and administrative aspects of artwork movements.
4. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
6. Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
7. Adaptability and responsiveness in dynamic environments.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
9. Familiarity with database management software.

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates with some relevant experience.

Master's degree in progress in Artworks Management, Preventive Conservation, or related field.
