Christian Dior Intern - Artworks and Preventive Conservation Assistant

1. Assist in managing internal and external artwork movements for various events.
2. Participate in organizing logistics and administration for exhibitions and institutional loans.
3. Contribute to the management of loans for photoshoots.
4. Assist in preparing artwork lists, condition reports, and appropriate packaging for transportation.
5. Support the operation of collection entries, including textiles and accessories.
6. Participate in condition reporting and management of artwork lists for restoration campaigns.
7. Assist in exhibition preparation, including planning and scheduling.
8. Contribute to the setup and dismantling of exhibitions at La Galerie Dior.
9. Update and maintain the SkinSoft database with artwork movements and condition reports.

1. Student in Master II in Artworks Management and/or Preventive Conservation or MC Maintenance of Heritage Collections.
2. Previous experience with textile collections is an advantage.

3. Understanding of the material and administrative management of artwork movements.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

9. Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
10. Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
11. Knowledge of database software.
