1. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including strategy development and document preparation.
2. Support the management of the intellectual property rights portfolio, including prior art searches and filing strategies.
3. Aid in the drafting, management, and monitoring of contracts such as copyright assignments, licenses, and partnerships.
4. Contribute to the drafting of memos and consultations for operational teams.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain awareness of legal developments.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Possession of the CRFPA exam is a plus.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in legal research databases such as Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, and Lexis Nexis.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Dynamic and proactive approach to tasks.

A first significant experience in a law firm or within an intellectual property department of a company is required.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
