1. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes globally, including strategy development, document preparation, and legal analysis in collaboration with attorneys.
2. Support the management of the intellectual property rights portfolio, including prior art searches and filing strategies.
3. Aid in the drafting, management, and monitoring of contracts, such as copyright assignments, licenses, partnerships, and ambassador agreements.
4. Contribute to the preparation of memos and consultations for operational teams.
5. Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch activities.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, with potential completion of the CRFPA exam.
2. Initial significant experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate IP department.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and autonomy.
2. Dynamic team player with strong analytical skills.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in legal research databases (Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, Lexis Nexis, etc.).

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial significant experience in intellectual property law.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
