Intellectual Property Legal Intern

1. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including strategy development, document preparation, and legal analysis.
2. Support the management of the intellectual property rights portfolio, including prior art searches and filing strategies.
3. Assist in the management, tracking, and drafting of contracts such as copyright assignments, licenses, partnerships, and endorsement agreements.
4. Participate in drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
5. Conduct legal research and monitoring.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
2. Possibly passed the entrance exam for CRFPA.

1. Rigor, autonomy, dynamism, teamwork, strong analytical skills, and excellent technical skills.
2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
3. Proficiency in legal research databases (Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, Lexis Nexis, etc.).

First significant experience in a law firm, IP firm, or in-house IP department.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
