- Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes globally, including strategy development, document preparation, and legal analysis in collaboration with attorneys.
- Support the management of the intellectual property rights portfolio, including prior art searches and filing strategies.
- Aid in the drafting, management, and monitoring of contracts, such as copyright assignments, licenses, partnerships, and ambassador agreements.
- Contribute to the preparation of memos and consultations for operational teams.
- Conduct legal research and maintain legal watch activities.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, with potential completion of the CRFPA exam.
- Initial significant experience in a law firm, IP consultancy, or corporate IP department.
- Meticulous attention to detail and autonomy.
- Dynamic team player with strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in legal research databases (Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, Lexis Nexis, etc.).
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial significant experience in intellectual property law.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
