- Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including strategy development, document preparation, and legal analysis.
- Support the management of the intellectual property rights portfolio, including prior art searches and filing strategies.
- Assist in the management, tracking, and drafting of contracts such as copyright assignments, licenses, partnerships, and endorsement agreements.
- Participate in drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
- Conduct legal research and monitoring.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
- Possibly passed the entrance exam for CRFPA.
- Rigor, autonomy, dynamism, teamwork, strong analytical skills, and excellent technical skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in legal research databases (Darts IP, Edital Corsearch, Lexis Nexis, etc.).
First significant experience in a law firm, IP firm, or in-house IP department.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
