1. Prepare new arrivals and products in collaboration with the Boutique Management and Visual Merchandising Team.
2. Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising displays in accordance with guidelines, considering product allocation and availability.
3. Serve as the Image Stakeholder for the Abu Dhabi Boutique.
4. Train Boutique Team on Visual Merchandising guidelines and new collection launches.
5. Foster strong relationships with the Boutique Team to understand local business needs and drive sales.
6. Adjust displays as necessary to align with business objectives.
7. Support the Marketing Team by setting up the Boutique for special in-store events.
8. Create photo reports, conduct competitor checks, and prepare presentations for headquarters.
9. Maintain an organized Visual Merchandising prop storage.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the Luxury Goods sector.
