- Manage indirect purchasing projects end-to-end from brief to allocation, delivering solutions that meet cost, lead‑time and service objectives.
- Execute purchasing strategy and policy in daily operations, ensuring supplier compliance and adherence to internal processes.
- Source, qualify and manage suppliers to secure expected performance on cost, delivery, quality and service.
- Develop and present action plans to internal stakeholders addressing price, lead time, service levels and risk mitigation.
- Drive regular project reviews and supplier meetings; escalate project progress and unresolved risks to the Sr. Purchasing Manager.
- Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, eco‑conception and sustainability initiatives aligned with group environmental commitments.
- Contribute to team objectives and KPIs (purchasing performance, coverage, contract metrics, initiatives) and undertake cross‑functional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or related functions; cosmetics/beauty industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in English; French is a strong plus.
- Demonstrable project management capability with cost and retro‑planning control.
- Good understanding of internal stakeholder requirements across HR/Admin, Finance/IT, I&CI, Planning, Production/Warehouse, Quality and I&E.

2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing; prior exposure to the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
