1. Execute visual merchandising for the boutique throughout the season, including window changes, collection placements, VM maintenance, product launches, and significant events in accordance with brand guidelines.
2. Provide visual support and training to store teams on visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand identity.
3. Prepare and report to management following store visit reports, implementing corrective measures as needed to enhance performance.
4. Contribute to sales development by supporting retail activities, including revenue growth and stock level alerts, in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising department.
5. Conduct competitive analysis on visual identity, presentation techniques, and luxury sector store layouts.
6. Build a network of sales associates and in-store VM specialists, identifying key contacts, training, and engaging this network.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Training in visual merchandising and/or fashion design.

1. Strong fashion sensitivity and attention to detail.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability and relational intelligence in a demanding managerial environment.
5. Proficiency in design software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
6. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Training in Visual Merchandising and/or Fashion Design.
