Christian Dior In-store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute visual merchandising for the boutique throughout the season, including window changes, collection placements, VM maintenance, product launches, and significant events in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Provide visual support and training to store teams on visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand identity.
- Prepare and report to management following store visit reports, implementing corrective measures as needed to enhance performance.
- Contribute to sales development by supporting retail activities, including revenue growth and stock level alerts, in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising department.
- Conduct competitive analysis on visual identity, presentation techniques, and luxury sector store layouts.
- Build a network of sales associates and in-store VM specialists, identifying key contacts, training, and engaging this network.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Training in visual merchandising and/or fashion design.
- Strong fashion sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and relational intelligence in a demanding managerial environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Training in Visual Merchandising and/or Fashion Design.
