1. Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs within the boutique, focusing on brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremonies, client development, and employee induction.
2. Continuously assess and address the training and development needs of the boutique, providing regular feedback to retail teams and corporate departments.
3. Evaluate existing training programs and collaborate with the training team to revise or create new programs based on business needs.
4. Collaborate with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to develop seasonal product training.
5. Monitor productivity reporting, partnering with regional leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
6. Oversee the induction and onboarding of new boutique employees and support store openings, events, and activations.
7. Assist management with on-the-floor coaching to enhance client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship.
8. Provide training recaps to training, boutique management, and retail leadership teams.
9. Communicate with retail leadership to assess the training level of all employees.
10. Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support seasonal launches, events, and activations.
11. Adjust priorities and manage time effectively to support business needs.
12. Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up to ensure sustainability.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
3. Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
4. Proficiency in developing interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely at all organizational levels.
6. Active listening skills and the ability to communicate material and instructions effectively.
7. Adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Strong computer presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
