Christian Dior In-Store Training Manager

- Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs within the boutique, focusing on brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremonies, client development, and employee induction.
- Continuously assess and address the training and development needs of the boutique, providing regular feedback to retail teams and corporate departments.
- Evaluate existing training programs and collaborate with the training team to revise or create new programs based on business needs.
- Collaborate with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to develop seasonal product training.
- Monitor productivity reporting, partnering with regional leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
- Oversee the induction and onboarding of new boutique employees and support store openings, events, and activations.
- Assist management with on-the-floor coaching to enhance client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship.
- Provide training recaps to training, boutique management, and retail leadership teams.
- Communicate with retail leadership to assess the training level of all employees.
- Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support seasonal launches, events, and activations.
- Adjust priorities and manage time effectively to support business needs.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up to ensure sustainability.
- Minimum 5 years of retail training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
- Proficiency in developing interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely at all organizational levels.
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate material and instructions effectively.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Strong computer presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail training, with a preference for luxury retail environments.
Salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
