1. Act as a strategic partner to operational business units, providing expert HR guidance to managers and employees.
2. Participate in organizational planning, analyzing and improving competencies through recruitment and training.
3. Manage recruitment processes for both executive and non-executive roles, ensuring a balanced profile mix in terms of seniority, skills, and potential.
4. Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies and propose innovative sourcing and recruitment methods.
5. Ensure the onboarding and integration of new employees, providing ongoing support.
6. Ensure compliance with legal obligations in collaboration with the Personnel Department.
7. Develop employee growth plans, including training and career development in collaboration with managers.
8. Prepare budget exercises and ensure adherence to approved staffing levels.
9. Co-lead the annual salary recommendation process, advising operational teams while respecting budget constraints.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent (BAC+5).
2. Minimum of 10 years of generalist HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and development, ideally in an international company.
