Christian Dior Human Resources Manager

- Attract, recruit, and onboard future talents.
- Manage social relations on-site alongside the General Manager, in collaboration with OTELINE's Works Council.
- Supervise a Human Resources Officer responsible for payroll and personnel administration.
- Support teams in their individual development to enhance talent retention.
- Actively participate in the talent review process (OMR) in direct coordination with OTELINE's local managers and the Watchmaking and Jewelry Business Unit.
- Enhance HR tools related to performance evaluation, including technical assessments during annual reviews.
- Continue the deployment of the training policy to support skill enhancement in technical fields.
- Promote the employer brand across all organizational levels and ensure effective external communication of the atelier's values through platforms like the website and LinkedIn.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Experience in social relations is advantageous.
- Strong team collaboration skills and proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Excellent listening skills, openness, and agility.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pragmatic approach with a strong field orientation.
