1. Assist the HR Business Partner in various human resources processes.
2. Support the team in personnel administration tasks, including drafting contracts, managing deadlines, sending forms to labor consultants, and document archiving.
3. Aid in recruitment and selection activities, such as CV screening, job description preparation, and conducting interviews.
4. Contribute to employee training initiatives.
5. Participate in the management of ad hoc projects.
