- Assist the HR Business Partner in various human resources processes.
- Support the team in personnel administration tasks, including drafting contracts, managing deadlines, sending forms to labor consultants, and document archiving.
- Aid in recruitment and selection activities, such as CV screening, job description preparation, and conducting interviews.
- Contribute to employee training initiatives.
- Participate in the management of ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in legal or economic disciplines.
