1. Oversee the recruitment process for interns and working students in Central and Eastern Europe, including screening, pre-selection, interviewing, and drafting offer letters.
2. Manage administrative tasks such as contract creation, onboarding documentation, and reference letters.
3. Support the HR team in active retail recruitment processes.
4. Update and maintain HR documents within the HRIS and assist in monthly payroll preparation.
5. Participate in various HR projects, including event planning, research, and employer branding initiatives.

1. Completion of at least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
2. Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is advantageous.

1. Ability to work independently and lead projects with a hands-on approach.
2. Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a strong team player mindset.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with some internship or working student experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.

At least 3 semesters completed in Business, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
