1. Assist the HR Manager with recruitment and administrative tasks.
2. Manage and post job roles using LVMH tools to enhance application numbers across four countries.
3. Screen CVs and coordinate applications for Retail vacancies, proposing suitable shortlists to the HR Manager.
4. Liaise with hiring managers to ensure candidate communication post-interview.
5. Assist with the production of HR documents, including letters and contracts, and manage filing.
6. Support payroll administration in Dutch.
7. Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties.
8. Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.

1. Graduated or currently studying towards an HR-related degree is preferred.
2. Ideally 6 months of HR experience in a retail or service-driven sector with administrative experience.

1. Strong interest in Fashion & Luxury.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proficient time-management and organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Competency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Beginner level experience, ideally 6 months in a retail or service-driven sector.

Currently studying or graduated in an HR-related field is preferred.
