1. Source and attract candidates through internal and external job portals, with a preference for LinkedIn recruitment.
2. Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
3. Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment channel success rates and collect data for further analysis.
4. Expand recruitment channels through social media, job fairs, career talks, and networking.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to update or create new job descriptions.
6. Manage employee engagement activities such as annual staff parties, company outings, and CSR initiatives.
7. Initiate recognition and appreciation plans and activities.
8. Prepare onboarding processes, including new joiner orientation and welcome kits.
9. Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
10. Support employee well-being programs.
11. Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
12. Prepare monthly HR reports to align with system data.
13. Monitor leave applications and update personnel records.
14. Coordinate with vendors for work permit and visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
15. Collaborate with regional teams to align global HR practices with local adaptations.
16. Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and ad hoc assignments.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
2. Bachelor’s degree.

1. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
4. Reliability with patience and professionalism.
5. Good command of Thai and fluency in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role, focusing on talent acquisition.

Bachelor’s degree.
