- Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment channel success rates and collect data for further analysis.
- Expand recruitment channels through social media, job fairs, career talks, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to update or create new job descriptions.
- Manage employee engagement activities such as annual staff parties, company outings, and CSR initiatives.
- Initiate recognition and appreciation plans and activities.
- Prepare onboarding processes, including new joiner orientation and welcome kits.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Support employee well-being programs.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
- Prepare monthly HR reports to align with system data.
- Monitor leave applications and update personnel records.
- Coordinate with vendors for work permit and visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align global HR practices with local adaptations.
- Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and ad hoc assignments.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Reliability with patience and professionalism.
- Good command of Thai and fluency in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role, focusing on talent acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree.
