Christian Dior Human Resources Coordinator

- Manage candidate administration processes, ensuring secure handling of applications and related documents.
- Maintain and update organizational charts, track new hires and departures, and draft offer letters with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy in employee titles and compensation packages.
- Input key new-hire data into internal HRIS platforms.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for prospective candidates with the LVMH Travel Department.
- Serve as a liaison between recruitment agencies and hiring managers for temporary staff and holiday support.
- Participate in HR operations projects, including employee referral programs and retail announcements.
- Contribute to Dior's employer branding efforts through professional communication and a welcoming environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or Talent Acquisition support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and task resolution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or Talent Acquisition support.
Salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
