1. Act as a strategic HR partner for retail management, ensuring optimal team performance across designated boutiques.
2. Provide daily HR support and guidance to store managers, advising on HR management and organizational matters.
3. Ensure compliance with budgeted staffing levels and legal obligations, collaborating with the Personnel Department on disciplinary cases.
4. Identify and develop talent within the retail teams, working closely with HR Development and Training teams.
5. Contribute to talent identification and development projects, fostering career growth and advancement.

1. Degree from a prestigious university or equivalent institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational HR roles within the retail sector.

5. Fluency in English.

At least 5 years of experience in an operational HR role within the retail industry is required.
