1. Assist in the complete recruitment process, including need identification, job posting, CV pre-selection, interview scheduling, and contract preparation.
2. Support performance evaluations, internal mobility facilitation, and career management initiatives.
3. Participate in HR reporting and the implementation of new projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and retention.
4. Manage HR processes such as satisfaction surveys, budget oversight, and salary revisions.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR Director Europe, including agenda management and coordination with various stakeholders.

1. Enrollment in a Human Resources or Business School program.
2. Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
