1. Assist the HR Manager with recruitment and administrative tasks for the Benelux & Nordics region.
2. Manage and post job roles using LVMH tools to increase applications across four countries.
3. Screen CVs and coordinate applications for retail vacancies, proposing suitable shortlists to the HR Manager.
4. Communicate with hiring managers to ensure candidates receive feedback post-interview.
5. Assist with the production of HR documents, including letters, contracts, and filing.
6. Support payroll administration.
7. Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties.
8. Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.

1. Graduated or currently studying towards an HR-related degree is preferred.
2. Ideally, 6 months of HR experience in a retail or service-driven sector with administrative experience.

1. Strong interest in fashion and luxury.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Beginner-level experience, ideally 6 months in an HR role within a retail or service-driven sector.

HR-related degree or currently studying towards one is preferred.

Opportunity to extend the internship to the end of the year.
