Christian Dior Human Resources and Talent Development Manager

- Oversee recruitment processes, including identifying needs, briefing, and interviewing final candidates for permanent and temporary positions.
- Enhance onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and monitoring probation periods.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, conducting regular career and HR follow-up meetings.
- Facilitate internal mobility and career development, collaborating with managers on promotions and cross-functional moves within LVMH.
- Participate in performance and potential evaluations, ensuring effective annual reviews and succession planning.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits reviews, including annual salary adjustments and role mapping.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify training needs and development actions.
- Manage individual employee relations, including exits and terminations, in collaboration with the Social Relations team.
- Oversee interim management, including budget control and agency liaison for temporary staffing.
- Support organizational changes and team evolution, advising managers on HR impacts and needs.
- Propose and manage HR projects aligned with company context and developments.
- Supervise an HR intern.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in managing change and fostering talent development.
- Ability to evaluate and analyze HR processes.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
A minimum of 6 years in Human Resources, with a focus on talent development and change management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
