1. Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
2. Drive HR process optimization and enhancements with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
3. Supervise the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with payroll-related regulations.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements.
5. Lead the HRIS project, including system upgrades and optimization, ensuring accurate data and efficient system functionality.
6. Support managers and employees in addressing workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
7. Lead and oversee investigations related to employee concerns or misconduct, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
8. Collaborate closely with labor attorneys or consultants to address and follow up on ER issues, ensuring accurate interpretation of labor laws.
9. Plan, organize, and manage the regular operation of the labor-management council to promote effective communication.
10. Oversee the preparation and submission of required HR reports to headquarters.
11. Plan and design employee events to foster engagement and cultivate loyalty.
12. Lead and manage a team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance, and aligning team objectives with organizational goals.

1. Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
3. Minimum 3 years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
4. Strong knowledge of local labor laws.

1. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
2. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
4. Proficient in English and Korean.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
