Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive HR process optimization and enhancements with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Supervise the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with payroll-related regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements.
- Lead the HRIS project, including system upgrades and optimization with stakeholders in headquarters, ensuring accurate data and efficient system functionality.
- Support managers and employees in addressing workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead and oversee investigations related to employee concerns or misconduct, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with labor attorneys or consultants to address and follow up on ER issues, ensuring accurate interpretation of labor laws.
- Plan, organize, and manage the regular operation of the labor-management council to promote effective communication.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of required HR reports to headquarters.
- Plan and design employee events to foster engagement and cultivate loyalty.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance, and aligning team objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or other related majors.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in English and Korean.
Experience Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in Human Resources within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Minimum 3 years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively. Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in management or other related majors.
