- Oversee all HR functions for retail teams in Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus, ensuring optimal performance conditions.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Turkey Country Manager and Greece & Cyprus Retail Manager, providing HR support and guidance.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the sales teams, ensuring a diverse and balanced workforce in terms of potential, seniority, language skills, and product expertise.
- Organize and manage employee mobility and recruitment for resort locations within the zone.
- Adapt and implement the company's development policy to the Iberian and Moroccan markets, focusing on talent development and retention.
- Maintain a positive social climate and ensure compliance with legal obligations, contributing to disciplinary processes as needed.
- Collaborate with operational staff and the Compensation & Benefits department to prepare and monitor budget exercises, ensuring adherence to budgeted headcounts.
- Guide end-of-year salary recommendations, advising operational staff while respecting budget constraints.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable business school or university.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role within the retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; proficiency in Greek is advantageous.
