1. Serve as the primary HR partner for the Iberia & Morocco Country Manager and collaborate closely with store managers to support daily HR operations.
2. Oversee recruitment for the sales teams across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, ensuring a strategic balance of skills, experience, and potential.
3. Adapt and implement the company's development policies to the Iberian and Moroccan markets, focusing on talent development and retention.
4. Maintain a positive social climate and ensure compliance with legal obligations across the region.
5. Prepare and manage budget exercises in collaboration with operational staff and the Compensation & Benefits department.
6. Guide end-of-year salary recommendations, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

1. Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputable business school or university.
2. Minimum of 8 years' experience in a generalist HR role within the retail sector.

4. Fluency in Spanish and English.
