1. Support the HR Business Partner in Talent Acquisition, including job posting, first-level screening, scheduling, and managing candidate communications.
2. Launch job vacancies on Talent Connect Attract based on requests from HR Business Partner.
3. Daily screening of applications and system rejection of irrelevant applications.
4. Ensure timely handling of applications and responses to all applicants.
5. Send prescreened CVs to HR Business Partner for approval.
6. Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews for approved candidates.
7. Support in organizing assessment centers for sales candidates.
8. Send rejection emails to candidates based on feedback.
9. Close vacancies on the system once the final candidate is selected.

1. University student or graduate
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus

1. Good communication skills
2. Proficiency in English
