1. Assist the HR Business Partner in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
2. Launch job vacancies on Talent Connect Attract based on requests from the HR Business Partner.
3. Conduct daily screenings of applications, rejecting irrelevant applications and CVs not aligned with the required experience level.
4. Ensure timely handling of applications on Talent Connect Attract, ensuring all applicants receive responses based on decisions made.
5. Forward prescreened CVs to the HR Business Partner for approval.
6. Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews for approved candidates based on availability.
7. Support the organization of assessment centers for sales candidates.
8. Send rejection emails to candidates based on feedback from the HR Business Partner.
9. Close job vacancies on the system once a final candidate is selected.

1. University student or recent graduate
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous

2. Proficiency in English

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
