1. Support HR Generalists with recruitment tasks including sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Manage job requisitions and maintain applicant tracking systems.
3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and data systems.
5. Assist in the execution of the Trainee Program and corporate events.
6. Participate in campus recruitment events to source early career talent.
7. Support Employee Relations management for both retail and corporate sectors.
8. Oversee and update the corporate office floor plan in collaboration with Workplace Services.
9. Partner with the Communications team to manage internal announcements.

1. At least 6 months of prior HR experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

1. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
5. Initiative and problem-solving skills through effective communication and collaboration.

At least 6 months of prior HR experience is required.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
