Christian Dior HR Generalist Trainee

- Support HR Generalists with recruitment tasks including sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Manage job requisitions and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data systems.
- Assist in the execution of the Trainee Program and corporate events.
- Participate in campus recruitment events to source early career talent.
- Support Employee Relations management for both retail and corporate sectors.
- Oversee and update the corporate office floor plan in collaboration with Workplace Services.
- Partner with the Communications team to manage internal announcements.
- At least 6 months of prior HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills through effective communication and collaboration.
At least 6 months of prior HR experience is required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
