Christian Dior HR Controlling Manager

- Develop and implement an annual payroll and headcount management calendar in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
- Support headquarters teams in recruitment management and monitoring of staff movements.
- Assist regions in tracking headcount against budgets, including temporary staff oversight.
- Propose staffing adjustments to regions as necessary.
- Present data consolidations and insights to the Global HR Director.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual report.
- Consolidate and monitor the HR General Expenses budget.
- Validate purchase requests and define a simplified governance for the approval process.
- Establish governance for invoice validation circuits.
- Respond to specific data requests from the Global Directorate.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize data quality and develop appropriate tools.
- Provide strategic insights for Compensation & Benefits policy for the headquarters.
- Review and propose annual salary grids for entry-level executives and interns.
- Prepare C&B packages for headquarters staff, excluding Directors, Studios, and Workshops.
- Ensure compliance with rules regarding benefits in kind.
- Deploy CDC and LVMH C&B processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
- Benchmark the competitiveness of C&B contracts at headquarters.
- Provide C&B expertise to the headquarters HR Director and team.
- Evaluate positions using the Group's mapping method annually.
- Contribute to defining salary bands for France in collaboration with European teams.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including HR management control and ideally compensation experience.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong affinity for HR information systems.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Meticulousness and autonomy, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Aptitude for numerical data and precision in data handling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for processing numerical data and creating comprehensible and relevant reports.
Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including HR management control and ideally compensation experience.
