1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
2. Lead the onboarding process for new employees, facilitating their integration into the company culture.
3. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Support HR initiatives and programs aimed at positioning Christian Dior Couture as an employer of choice.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies to enhance team performance and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
6. Organize and coordinate staff engagement events to foster team spirit and collaboration.
7. Prepare monthly HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
8. Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
9. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining HR records.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in human resources and the luxury fashion industry.

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and the luxury fashion industry is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
