1. Manage administrative tasks related to internship agreements, Cerfa, and employment contracts, including collaboration with external service providers.
2. Handle administrative personnel files, ensuring the collection and completion of necessary documents such as insurance and work permits.
3. Support the onboarding process using the dedicated HRIS system and provide guidance to employees regarding employment-related inquiries.
4. Coordinate with educational institutions for contract amendments and serve as a liaison between Talent departments and the payroll team.
5. Advise teams on best practices in managing interns and apprentices, including legal regulations and internal processes.

1. Enrolled in a Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent program.
2. Demonstrated rigor, organization, and strong interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proactive and innovative mindset.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals beginning their career in Human Resources.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.
