Christian Dior High Jewelry Logistics Assistant

- Coordinate the rotation of High Jewelry across five zones.
- Prepare proforma invoices for global flows.
- Create matrices for ATA/CPD carnet establishment.
- Prepare and dispatch parcels.
- Monitor and communicate AWB details to zones.
- Resolve disputes and perform necessary adjustments.
- Manage product environment stock.
- Update location tracking and main ledger.
- Conduct monthly global inventory of entrusted High Jewelry stock.
- Support team during roadshow/rotation departures and returns.
- Validate quote lines in DNOFU.
- Invoice sales in the ERP system.
- Prepare parcels and track shipments.
- Maintain daily relations with freight forwarders.
- Update sold pieces tracking.
- Handle internal requests from the Jewelry/Watches Business Unit.
- Organize global transport for press, marketing, and product environment shoots.
- Ensure proper delivery of goods.
- Participate in logistics for events and act as a runner.
- Contribute to beginning and end inventories.
- Update Dior Precious Monde in collaboration with IT and zones.
- Implement performance indicators and update operational procedures.
- Enrollment in a Logistics or Supply Chain program (Bac +4/5)
- First experience in logistics or import/export
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and proactive attitude
- Fluent in English
- Numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous
Entry-level experience in logistics or import/export is required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
