1. Drive the High Jewelry business development across South Asia markets and lead reporting to the Central Business Unit in Paris.
2. Define annual sales targets per event and per market in collaboration with the Client team.
3. Manage merchandising requests for sales and assortment purposes.
4. Oversee cross-functional integration.
5. Lead the development and implementation of retail tools in coordination with both the Markets and the Business Unit in Paris.
6. Assess local capabilities and collaborate with the Training Team to develop tailored training programs.
7. Participate actively in High Jewelry events and new product launches to facilitate sales.
8. Facilitate sales during client development activities both in-store and at external venues.
9. Engage the South Asia community on all topics related to the High End category.

1. University degree in a relevant field

1. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
2. Strong communication and selling skills
3. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
4. Creative thinking
5. Customer and relationship focus
6. Proactive and reactive abilities
7. Understanding of brand DNA
8. Personal affinity with luxury brands and products

A minimum of 3 years of experience in High Jewelry and/or High Timepieces, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

University degree in a relevant field
