1. Coordinate with regions and departments to optimize stock allocation and event assortments for High Jewellery & High Timepieces.
2. Define stock rotation, including local allocations, boutique assortments, and event roadshows.
3. Manage replenishment launches, delivery priorities, and stock splits.
4. Communicate event assortments and stock updates to CRM and regional teams.
5. Oversee the Event Catalog Process, ensuring data quality and stock status updates.
6. Handle regional requests and propose client-specific alternatives.
7. Support repricing campaigns in various currencies.
8. Manage press requests for events and shootings.
9. Assist with event zoning in collaboration with Central VM.
10. Analyze stock levels and propose forecasts for replenishment planning.
11. Provide feedback to the Marketing team to enhance product assortment consistency.
12. Optimize worldwide stock quality and manage regional stock cleaning.
13. Support special projects related to the high-end business.
14. Assist during international and local events.

1. Business School or Bachelor's degree.
2. Previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
3. Fluency in English mandatory.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent analytical and interpretative skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Highly organized with attention to detail.
