- Deploy the Dior Leadership Development strategy in alignment with global Talent strategy.
- Define and evolve leadership pathways based on managerial responsibilities and identified talent pools.
- Design learning solutions tailored to business and cultural needs, including in-person, blended, and digital formats.
- Ensure consistency in leadership frameworks, competencies, and evaluation criteria.
- Plan and coordinate the global deployment of leadership programs, securing schedules, budgets, and quality.
- Define and track effectiveness KPIs, including engagement, satisfaction, and ROI learning.
- Select and manage external partners for individual coaching and ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop bespoke collective coaching experiences and oversee their implementation and evaluation.
- Deploy and manage mentorship programs, structuring mentor and mentee communities.
- Coordinate with LVMH Academy and other talent divisions for leadership development programs.
- Structure governance for leadership initiatives and prepare executive communications.
- Integrate innovative pedagogical methods and optimize program scalability and sustainability.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Leadership Development, or related field.
- Certifications in coaching, facilitation, or leadership development are advantageous.
- Expertise in designing and coordinating pedagogical programs.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on performance and delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and synthesis abilities.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in Learning & Development with a focus on leadership, including experience in managing international projects and multicultural environments.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
