Christian Dior Head of IT Technical Department

1. Manage the heads of strategic units and their teams, guiding them in the evolution of their technological strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
2. Support staff development and department staffing, including 'Centers of Competence'.
3. Contribute to the optimization of organizational processes.
4. Ensure the operational maintenance of platforms and services, adhering to security best practices and expected service levels.
5. Conduct continuous technological monitoring to constantly improve services.
6. Promote the department's activities, establishing Christian Dior Couture as a reference within the LVMH group.
7. Define and execute the department's budget (Capex & Opex).

1. Master's degree or higher
2. 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in managerial roles in large companies

6. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
