1. Lead and manage the heads of strategic units and their teams, guiding them in the evolution of their technological strategies, product roadmaps, and priority setting.
2. Support team development and staffing within the department, including the 'Centers of Excellence'.
3. Contribute to the optimization of organizational processes.
4. Ensure the operational maintenance of platforms and services, adhering to security best practices and expected service levels.
5. Conduct continuous technological surveillance to enhance services.
6. Promote the department's activities, establishing Christian Dior Couture as a benchmark within the LVMH group.
7. Define and execute the department's budget (Capex & Opex).

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles within large enterprises.

1. Strong service orientation and communication skills.
2. Availability and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
3. Proficient in managing personnel.
4. Experience in new technology practices and processes, from development to operations, including testing, monitoring, security, and operations.
5. Ability to provide both coaching services and operational platforms.
6. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and report succinctly.
7. Experience in a cross-functional environment to achieve departmental activities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles, with at least 5 years in managerial positions within large enterprises.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
