1. Lead the Data Governance team within the Data Factory, ensuring data integrity, quality, and security.
2. Onboard and support Data Stewards, managing the Data Catalog and Glossary.
3. Develop and industrialize monitoring dashboards using Big Query and Power BI.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of data issues.
5. Ensure consistency in Products Master Data and manage the Product Data Hub.
6. Oversee Client Referential management and ensure GDPR & PIPL compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
2. 15 years of proven experience with significant impact and leadership in transformation.
3. Proven experience in data governance roles within large organizations.

1. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
3. Hands-on experience with data management tools and technologies.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 10 years in data governance roles, preferably within large organizations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. Master's preferred.
