Head of AI Factory

Christian Dior Couture is undergoing a significant transformation to leverage data as a strategic asset to sustain its growth. The company is focused on developing data science capabilities and implementing AI tools to profoundly change and enhance the luxury business.

1. Define and champion the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the AI Factory.
2. Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of AI projects.
3. Identify emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to the luxury retail industry.
4. Communicate the AI Factory's vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists.
6. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects.
7. Implement robust project management methodologies.
8. Identify and prioritize AI projects with potential to impact Dior's P&L.
9. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of AI initiatives.

1. Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
3. 5+ years of experience managing and leading data science teams.

1. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
2. Experience with big data technologies and cloud computing platforms.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving ability and statistical analysis skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.
