1. Ensure the quality assurance of the suite at 30 avenue Montaigne, addressing any non-conformities.
2. Manage client check-in and check-out processes, providing a warm welcome.
3. Organize and maintain the wardrobe and dressing areas.
4. Oversee concierge services before and during client stays, offering bespoke experiences.
5. Possess an excellent knowledge of Paris and its surroundings for client recommendations.
6. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
7. Anticipate and fulfill client requests proactively.
8. Restock minibars and manage inventory.
9. Ensure quality control of turn-down services and room maintenance.
10. Create and update client Cardex files, noting preferences and dietary restrictions.
11. Handle billing, payments, and daily financial closures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a palace setting as a Butler.

1. Exceptional attention to detail in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and constant availability to meet client needs.
3. Adaptability and discretion with the ability to anticipate client requests.
4. Proficiency in Micros and Opera software.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality or a palace environment as a Butler is required.
