1. Ensure the quality assurance of the suite at 30 Avenue Montaigne, addressing any non-conformities.
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes, providing a warm welcome to clients.
3. Organize and maintain the wardrobe and dressing areas.
4. Oversee concierge services before and during client stays, offering bespoke experiences.
5. Possess extensive knowledge of Paris and its surroundings to enhance client experiences.
6. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
7. Anticipate and fulfill client requests proactively.
8. Restock minibars and manage inventory.
9. Conduct quality control of turndown and housekeeping services.
10. Create and update client Cardex files, noting dietary preferences, allergies, and habits.
11. Handle billing, payments, and daily financial closures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a palace setting as a Butler.

1. Exceptional attention to detail in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a constant readiness to meet client demands.
3. Adaptability and responsiveness with a discreet demeanor.
4. Proficiency in Micros and Opera software.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality, particularly in a butler role within a high-end hotel or palace.
