1. Study and interpret sketches from the Artistic Direction.
2. Create and adjust toiles/prototypes.
3. Perform alterations before and after fittings in collaboration with the Premières Mains.
4. Work according to technical instructions, selected materials, and deadlines.
5. Provide information for the creation of model sheets.
6. Ensure follow-up of models with the Premières Mains.
7. Communicate effectively with the Premières Mains on assembly and finishing.
8. Control the quality of each model before and after fittings.
9. Maintain the high level of quality expected by the Artistic Direction and the Maison.
10. Engage with clients during fittings and model follow-ups, with significant availability for travel.

1. Technical school training in haute couture/pattern making/fashion design, specializing in flou/tailoring or proven experience.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Haute Couture pattern making.
3. In-depth technical knowledge of garments and garment components.
4. Autonomy, flexibility, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
5. Passion for the craft and ability to tackle technical challenges.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and sensitivity to quality outcomes.
8. Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit.
9. Proficiency in French is essential; knowledge of foreign languages (English/Italian/Chinese) is an advantage.
