1. Study and interpret sketches from the Artistic Direction
2. Create and adjust toiles/prototypes
3. Perform alterations before and after fittings in collaboration with the Premières Mains
4. Work according to technical instructions, selected materials, and deadlines
5. Provide information for creating model sheets
6. Ensure follow-up of models with the Premières Mains
7. Communicate effectively with the Premières Mains on assembly and finishing
8. Control the quality of each model before and after fittings
9. Maintain the high quality standards expected by the Artistic Direction and the Maison
10. Engage with clients during fittings and model follow-ups, with availability for travel

1. Technical training in haute couture/pattern making/fashion design with a specialization in flou/tailor garments or proven experience
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Haute Couture Pattern Making

3. Passion for the craft and ability to tackle technical challenges
4. Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
5. Strong sense of responsibility and precision with a keen sensitivity to quality
6. Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
7. Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in other languages (English/Italian/Chinese) is an asset

Minimum 8 years of experience in Haute Couture Pattern Making.

Technical training in haute couture/pattern making/fashion design with a specialization in flou/tailor garments or proven experience.
