1. Lead and manage the team of development goldsmiths in the areas of development and industrialization, closely collaborating with the Development Collection Manager and the CAD Team Manager.
2. Promote, train, and further develop the team to enhance skills and performance.
3. Develop and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring compliance across the team.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate closely with industrialization, production, and quality teams to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Plan and conduct audits, inspections, and optimizations in the workshop.

1. Completed training as a goldsmith or a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in management, product development, product design, planning, or a comparable field.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or industry.
