Christian Dior Goldsmith and Workshop Manager

- Lead and manage the team of development goldsmiths in the areas of development and industrialization, closely collaborating with the Development Collection Manager and the CAD Team Manager.
- Promote, train, and further develop the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Develop and implement quality standards and processes, ensuring compliance across the team.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with industrialization, production, and quality teams to ensure design specifications and quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Plan and conduct audits, inspections, and optimizations in the workshop.
- Completed training as a goldsmith or a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in management, product development, product design, planning, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or industry.
- Strong communication skills across departments and hierarchies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit and the ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration with positive energy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or industry is required.
