1. Supervise and coordinate legal and regulatory affairs related to industrial operations across various international jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
3. Advise management on the legal implications of strategic and operational decisions related to production and distribution.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including manufacturing, purchasing, subcontracting, leasing, and construction agreements.
5. Manage contractual disputes and conduct complex negotiations with suppliers, industrial partners, and internal stakeholders.
6. Develop and implement contractual strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits for the company.
7. Support the Intellectual Property department in optimizing the protection of trademarks, designs, models, and patents.
8. Develop, implement, and oversee industrial compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
9. Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with industrial operations, proposing solutions to mitigate these risks.
10. Lead and mentor a team of specialized legal professionals across different countries, ensuring their professional development and continuous training.
11. Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the legal team.
12. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance efficiency and engagement.

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar legal role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector with manufacturing operations across multiple countries, preferably in Europe.
2. Previous experience in a law firm specializing in industrial law followed by in-house experience in a multi-site production context.
3. Trilingual proficiency in French, Italian, and English.

2. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts.
3. In-depth knowledge of international and local regulations applicable to industrial operations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
