1. Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate reception, control, and analytical allocation, with a focus on distinguishing taxable and non-taxable transport services.
2. Participate actively in monthly financial closures, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
3. Handle supplier relations, managing follow-ups and resolving invoice-related disputes across the department.
4. Optimize invoicing and processing procedures by establishing constructive relationships with service providers and adhering to internal protocols.
5. Engage in regular collaboration with various operational departments, accounting, and business units to build strong internal partnerships.
6. Monitor the depreciation of capital expenditures (Capex) within the department.
7. Serve as the 'Key User' for the ordering tool, providing support to internal colleagues and service providers.
8. Participate in various ad-hoc projects relevant to the department's scope.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines with agility and adaptability.
5. Capability to act as a Business Partner to operational teams.
6. Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
7. Team-oriented with a dynamic and motivated approach.
8. Fluency in English is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the luxury fashion or related industry.
