1. Support monthly closing processes, including accrual calculations, P&L reviews, and variance analyses.
2. Contribute to monthly management reporting by compiling financial data and presenting insights.
3. Participate in forecasting cycles, gathering inputs from various departments to create cohesive financial projections.
4. Collaborate with assigned departments to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.
5. Act as a liaison between North America, Latin America, and Central Teams to align reporting needs.
6. Enhance and optimize analytical tools, reporting processes, and systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
2. Prior experience in FP&A, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
3. Adaptable to a fast-paced business environment with changing priorities.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
5. Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
7. Strong communication skills, delivering information concisely.

Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
