1. Develop and implement quality control procedures for all stages of footwear production, from prototyping to final product inspection, supporting various company functions.
2. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Identify and resolve quality issues, proposing improvement solutions.
4. Train and supervise the quality control team, ensuring all members are adequately prepared and updated on procedures and quality standards.
5. Validate reference masters and oversee laboratory analyses and tests conducted on raw materials.
6. Provide raw material suppliers with technical specifications and guidelines to ensure compliance with reference masters.
7. Coordinate with the Blois logistics platform for the management of finished product quality control.

1. In-depth knowledge of footwear products and their components acquired through at least 15 years of experience in the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of production processes and associated challenges.
3. Excellent leadership abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in French is preferred.
