1. Analyze alterations required by following pins and markings from the fitter.
2. Dismantle garments while noting technical details to ensure accurate reassembly.
3. Operate various sewing and finishing machines, maintaining them in optimal condition and reporting any malfunctions.
4. Reassemble garments with precision to meet client specifications, ensuring a refined final appearance.
5. Collaborate closely with fitters to determine optimal delivery timelines and consult with clients to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and presentation.
7. Adhere to internal workshop procedures and documentation requirements.
8. Provide impeccable customer service by offering expert advice on alterations and addressing client inquiries.
9. Work closely with sales advisors to deliver a personalized client experience.
10. Ensure comprehensive follow-up on alterations until the client is fully satisfied.
11. Adapt to client characteristics to facilitate a smooth fitting process.

1. Technical knowledge of measurement techniques, fabric characteristics, and alteration methods.
2. Passion for fashion and luxury, with a strong understanding of luxury products.
3. Proven quality of work and speed of execution.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, punctuality, precision, and responsiveness.

4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fitting and alterations within the retail sector.
