- Oversee operations of the Fine Jewelry department within the boutique.
- Manage key sales and client relationships using client books and databases to optimize sales.
- Sell products and contribute to the store's sales growth.
- Handle repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership, assisting in coaching and training sales teams on departmental collections.
- Engage clients and foster loyalty by conveying brand values.
- Maintain outstanding customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the store's image.
- Act as an instrumental team player in daily shop-floor functions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically in fine jewelry or watches.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility and punctuality in work schedule.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic is an advantage.
