- Adapt the buying and assortment strategy to align with local market needs.
- Ensure stock levels and visual merchandising reflect store potential and sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales and client data to refine business strategies in collaboration with the CDM team.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to achieve category targets.
- Set targets and drive incentive plans to optimize opportunities.
- Assess and plan business potential for high jewelry sales based on events and stock rotations.
- Work with retail management to identify and develop potential clients for Fine Jewelry & Timepieces.
- Conduct weekly reviews and reports on project status, sales, products, clients, and staff progress.
- Spend 30% of time in-store to observe selling ceremonies and provide on-the-floor coaching.
- Define a Learning & Development plan for retail teams in partnership with the Training team.
- Develop sales staff to support client development and business expansion.
- Build a comprehensive data pool for top clients to strengthen relationships.
- Design and implement a yearly top client engagement plan.
- Adapt product launch plans locally and ensure client engagement during key periods.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, business reviews, and client segmentation.
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years' experience in jewelry and luxury retail
- Proficiency in English
