Christian Dior Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Manager

- Develop the Fine Jewelry & Timepiece category within the retail network by adapting buying and assortment strategies to local needs.
- Ensure stock and visual merchandising reflect store potential and sales opportunities in collaboration with the VM team.
- Analyze sales and client data to identify trends and refine business strategies with the CDM team.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to achieve category targets and optimize opportunities.
- Set appropriate targets and drive incentive plans as needed.
- Assess, plan, and follow up on business potential for high jewelry sales, considering yearly events and stock rotations.
- Identify and develop potential clients for Fine Jewelry & Timepieces in partnership with retail management teams.
- Conduct weekly reviews and reports on project status, sales, products, clients, and staff progress.
- Enhance team capabilities in Fine Jewelry & Timepieces through in-store coaching and training initiatives.
- Define a Learning & Development plan for retail teams in Vietnam, in partnership with the Training team.
- Develop sales staff to support client development and business expansion.
- Build a comprehensive data pool for top clients to strengthen long-lasting relationships.
- Design and implement yearly top client engagement plans, including overseas trips and events.
- Adapt product launch plans locally, ensuring maximum client engagement during key business periods.
- Set KPIs and targets for client recruitment, retention, and upgrade in line with CDM team directives.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, business reviews, client segmentation, and team capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience within the jewelry and luxury retail sector is required.
