1. Participate in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
2. Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure precise and timely financial reporting across all markets.
3. Prepare analyses and presentations to identify opportunities or risks for informed management decision-making.
4. Support the Open to Buy (OTB) process by partnering with Sales Planning and Merchandising teams to manage inventory effectively.
5. Review and assist with investment proposals and evaluate the effectiveness of investments, coordinating with Paris for SOP validation.
6. Co-lead the controlling function in the region, providing analysis and recommendations to achieve regional objectives.
7. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost synergies and efficiencies.
8. Ensure consistent reporting and accounting practices across markets and train local finance teams.
9. Collaborate on compliance topics, including regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
10. Foster a culture of sharing, transparency, and business partnering within the finance community at both market and regional levels.

1. Qualifications in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA

1. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
3. Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to excellence.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in multinational companies, with a preference for those with a background in Retail or FMCG industries.

Qualifications in Finance or Accounting, or an MBA.
