1. Conduct monthly operational accounting closures for the headquarters.
2. Analyze country and boutique P&L statements, focusing on margins, operational costs, financial results, and taxes.
3. Review balance sheets and cash flow statements of entities.
4. Evaluate financial investments (Capex) and highlight key issues, providing management alerts for any budget overruns.
5. Analyze country and boutique P&L statements for forecasting processes.
6. Prepare presentations for the General Management.
7. Perform various analyses as requested by the CFO Europe or the President of the Europe zone.
8. Analyze weekly sales revenue of European boutiques for the European management committee.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region.
10. Serve as the primary contact for financial matters within the region and with central contacts.
11. Oversee operational and financial projects, including Anaplan and Power BI.

1. Degree from a business school or a master's in finance, audit, or management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or audit.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in information systems.
5. Dynamic, curious, proactive, and autonomous.
6. Fluency in English is essential.

A minimum of 5 years in financial control or auditing, with a proven track record in complex environments.
