Christian Dior Finance Intern

Christian Dior Couture is a leading luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally and is part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group.

1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books such as Sales Invoices and PRs before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Assist in following up and checking the completeness of documents for BIR audit purposes.
3. Assist in monitoring and following up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Check and ensure the correctness and completeness of claims/request documents according to company procedures.
5. Handle expenses related to payment summaries, including Interco payments, country manager's trip expense reports, rental payments, and payments for vendors not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive wrap-up for pending payments and issues from the Accounting agency and Finance, and forward to the responsible person to revise payment requests or contact vendors for additional documents.
7. Manage documents.
