1. Assist in the review of completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and Purchase Requests, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support in following up and checking the completeness of documents for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents in accordance with company procedures.
5. Prepare payment summaries for various expenses, including intercompany payments, country manager's trip expenses, rental payments, and vendor payments not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive and manage wrap-ups for pending payments and issues from the accounting agency and finance, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for revision and vendor contact.
7. Manage and organize documents efficiently.

1. Beginner level experience in finance or accounting

1. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
2. Proficiency in financial documentation and reporting
3. Effective communication skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles is preferred.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Exposure to a professional work environment with hands-on learning experience in the finance and accounting field.
